you need to check the name of the texture where you get a pointfile, then go to your folder where you put the textures i, search that texture, and open the VMT file. it's a text document, there will be a line saying "tranculent 1" change it to -> 0. this means the texture is transparant, thus, not solid and creates leaks. it's the same like glass.
