Ask where to save each file before downloading

Downloading Gmail attachments in a specific folder is very easy. 1. for each download, tick the box next to 'Ask where to save each file before downloading'.

I have an extension called "Save as Shortcut" installed in Vivaldi. to always ask where to download files to causes Opera to always ask where to save the shortcut. to switch to another browser after it went downhill, until Vivaldi came along.
